Park Bo-gum joins Lee Seung-chul on stage for 40th-anniversary concert

Actor Park Bo-gum surprised fans by joining veteran singer Lee Seung-chul on stage during his 40th-anniversary concert in Incheon. The event, held at the Inspire Arena, saw Park not only appear as a guest but also showcase his musical talents by playing the piano.

Park and Lee performed their duet, "I Love You So Much," a song for which Park had previously appeared in the music video released in January 2020. This collaboration marks a continuation of their artistic connection, having previously shared stages on KBS programs like "Yoo Hee-yeol's Sketchbook" in 2020 and "The Seasons – Park Bo-gum's Cantabile" in 2025.

The concert is the latest installment in KBS's "Grand Planning" series, following similar tributes to artists like Na Hoon-a in 2020 and Cho Yong-pil in 2025. This year's performance, dedicated to Lee Seung-chul's four decades in music, was offered free of charge to all attendees. The broadcast of the concert is slated for the Chuseok holiday period on KBS 2TV.

In related news, it was also revealed on the same day that Park Bo-gum made a significant donation to patients with Lou Gehrig's disease (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) on his birthday. Rapper Sean, a member of the hip-hop duo Jinusean, shared on social media that Park had donated 10 million won to a Lou Gehrig's nursing hospital, marking his repeated acts of generosity.
