Pastry shop owner found dead in his workplace

A 33-year-old pastry shop owner was found dead in his workplace in the Yayladağı district of Hatay province. Kamil Kuş, a father of three, was discovered motionless by a relative who was sent to check on him after his wife could not reach him by phone.

The incident occurred on Tuesday evening at a pastry shop on Atatürk Street. Kuş's wife grew concerned when her calls went unanswered. She then asked a relative to visit the shop and check on his well-being.

Upon arrival, the relative found Kuş unresponsive on the floor and immediately alerted the emergency services. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Medical personnel confirmed Kuş had passed away.

Following an examination by the Yayladağı Public Prosecutor and the crime scene investigation team, Kuş's body was transferred to the Yayladağı State Hospital morgue for an autopsy. Police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
