Earlier reports indicated the ship would depart Iceland's shores for Ireland due to an emergency onboard. The crew contacted the Coast Guard to report a crew member requiring medical evacuation. While the Coast Guard offered helicopter transport to bring the individual ashore, the ship's crew declined this assistance.
