"Paupys Fest" kicks off with thousands of visitors; Aistė, "Dovi Mi," and "Kitas Kampas" to perform Sunday

Vilnius came alive this weekend with the vibrant "Paupys Fest," a two-day celebration marking the fifth anniversary of the popular "Paupio Turgus" market. Since midday on Saturday, crowds have flocked to the event, enjoying a lively atmosphere filled with music, family-friendly activities, and entertainment for pets under the open sky.

The festival's opening day featured a lineup of notable performers on the main stage, including the band "Superkoloritas," singer Monika Linkytė, and Justinas Jarutis. Attendees also enjoyed a captivating dog show and a dedicated space by "SOS gyvūnai" where canine visitors could navigate a special "Temptation Course." Meanwhile, the children's area buzzed with creativity, offering workshops, games, and educational activities throughout the day. Early visitors even had the chance to win prizes by spinning a wheel of fortune.

"Paupys Fest" continues on Sunday, inviting festival-goers back for its second day. The main stage will host the beloved children's project "Liukabu," actors from the improvisation theater "Kitas Kampas," the band "Dovi Mi," and singer Aistė. The children's zone and "SOS gyvūnai" program for pet lovers will also remain open, ensuring continued fun for all.
