Persita Tangerang Retains Six Foreign Players for 2026/2027 BRI Super League

Indonesian football club Persita Tangerang has announced its decision to retain six foreign players for the upcoming 2026/2027 BRI Super League season. This move signals the club's commitment to maintaining a strong core squad as they prepare for the new competition.

The six foreign players who will continue with Persita Tangerang are Tamirlan Kozubaev, Eber Bessa, Javlon Guseynov, Rayco Rodriguez, Aleksa Andrejic, and Pablo Ganet. The club confirmed that all have agreed to one-year contract extensions. This decision follows the earlier securing of 15 local players through contract renewals, including notable names like Ryuji Utomo, Kartika Ajie, and Hokky Caraka.

In addition to player retention, Persita Tangerang is also bringing in new talent. The club has signed three new players: Alexandre Ramalingom from Madagascar, and local players Wahyudi Hamisi and Sutanto Tan. The club also saw midfielder Rifky Dwi Septiawan return after a loan spell with PSM Makassar.
