Pertamina Patra Niaga CEO Ensures Optimal Gas Station Services in Palembang

Pertamina Patra Niaga CEO Mars Ega Legowo Putra personally inspected services at two gas stations in Palembang, South Sumatra, to guarantee optimal customer service and the effective implementation of the "Subsidi Tepat" (Rightful Subsidy) program. The visit on Wednesday aimed to ensure that subsidized energy is delivered to the public efficiently and reaches those who are eligible.

During his visit, Mars Ega examined the distribution process for subsidized Biosolar fuel, which operates via a QR code system. He also engaged directly with truck drivers, listening to their experiences and feedback on the services provided at the gas stations. "We want to ensure that eligible recipients of subsidized Biosolar receive comfortable service. That's why we are here on the ground to observe the service, hear customer feedback, and ensure the 'Subsidi Tepat' program runs smoothly," Mars Ega stated.

Nationally, the "Subsidi Tepat" program has registered over 3.9 million vehicles for subsidized Biosolar and more than 12 million for Pertalite as of July 22, 2026. This initiative is designed to precisely target the distribution of subsidized fuel.

In Palembang, Pertamina Patra Niaga, in collaboration with the South Sumatra Provincial Government, is enhancing Biosolar services. Executive General Manager for the Sumbagsel Region, Alexander Susilo, noted that 13 gas stations in Palembang offer 24-hour Biosolar service, with an additional eight providing nighttime service from 9 PM to 5 AM. This aims to reduce queues and accommodate the schedules of night-operating freight vehicles. "This service is the result of coordination and synergy with the South Sumatra Provincial Government to improve the quality of subsidized Biosolar services for the public. We also continue to ensure fuel supply is secure so that services at all gas stations can operate optimally," Alexander explained.
