Petroleum Minister discusses speeding up phosphate fertilizer plant with Elsewedy Capital Holding

Montenegro is set to host a significant meeting of foreign ministers within the framework of the Berlin Process, with the event scheduled for September 30 and October 1 in Pržno. The Montenegrin government has earmarked 100,000 euros from its budget reserve to ensure the successful organization of this high-level gathering.

The meeting is expected to draw participation from key figures in European foreign policy, including the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, and Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Marta Kos. Also in attendance will be the Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), Amer Kapetanović, and the Secretary General of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO), Vladimir Obradović.

Discussions will also incorporate reports and conclusions from the Civil Society Forum, hosted by Kosovo, and the Gender Equality Forum, previously held in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A key outcome anticipated from the ministerial meeting is the adoption of a declaration on good neighborly relations. This declaration aims to address current challenges facing the Western Balkans and establish principles for cooperation based on mutual respect.

Following tradition, the meeting will commence with a formal dinner hosted by Montenegro's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ervin Ibrahimović. Ministers and delegation heads will use this occasion to reflect on the future of the Berlin Process, particularly in light of Montenegro's potential future membership in the European Union. The plenary session on October 1 will focus on presenting conclusions from the various forums held during Montenegro's presidency, which will then inform the final documents and declaration for the upcoming Berlin Process Leaders' Summit scheduled for October 22.
