Pharma Giant AstraZeneca Moves to Save Estonia's Youth from Nicotine's Grip

Pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca is partnering with the Estonian Health Museum to launch a nationwide educational project aimed at preventing nicotine addiction among Estonian youth. The initiative, set to begin in June, will focus on educating young people about the health impacts of e-cigarettes and other nicotine products.

The project's primary goal is to empower students to make informed health choices. By providing age-appropriate, science-based information, it seeks to counter the growing prevalence of e-cigarette use and other nicotine products among adolescents. This educational push is designed to foster a greater understanding of the risks associated with these substances.

With a target reach of over 55,000 students by 2026, the initiative underscores a commitment to public health education. AstraZeneca and the Estonian Health Museum aim to create a significant impact on youth health awareness across Estonia.
