Philippine Mafia: Suspected member of criminal gang arrested in Arraiján

Authorities in Panama have apprehended a 54-year-old man in Arraiján, whom they describe as a high-priority fugitive. The arrest took place in the Juan Demóstenes Arosemena township within the Arraiján district during a search and seizure operation by the National Police.

The individual is reportedly sought for alleged involvement in drug trafficking and for his suspected ties to the criminal group known as the 'Mafia Filipina.' The operation was part of broader initiatives, 'Firmeza' and 'Escudo,' resulting from intelligence gathering and investigations coordinated with the Public Ministry.
