PKS Appoints Rahmat Saleh to Lead Gema Keadilan for 2026-2031 Term

The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) has officially appointed Rahmat Saleh as the new Chairman of the Gema Keadilan executive board, marking the start of his 2026-2031 term. The ceremony occurred during the 5th National Deliberation of Gema Keadilan in Jakarta. PKS Secretary-General Muhammad Kholid, who also serves on the Gema Keadilan Central Supervisory Board, presided over the inauguration. Kholid urged the new leadership to fulfill their organizational mandate effectively. In his inaugural address, Saleh called for Gema Keadilan to serve as a hub for cultivating young leaders capable of tackling pressing national issues, including welfare, education, and unemployment. He highlighted that PKS entrusts Gema Keadilan with nurturing future generations of leaders. Saleh outlined the organization's strategic focus for the next five years: strengthening consolidation, developing movement strategies, and mobilizing youth in preparation for the 2029 elections. He also acknowledged the contributions of the previous leadership under Indra Kusuma. The deliberation also included a report from Indra Kusuma, detailing the event's smooth proceedings and the organization's achievements, along with amendments to the bylaws, such as reverting the title "President" back to "Chairman."
