PM follows implementation of Ras El Hekma development project

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly is closely monitoring the development of the Ras El Hekma City project, emphasizing the government's commitment to adhering to the project's timeline. The Prime Minister convened a meeting with key officials, including the Minister of Transport, the Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and representatives from the Armed Forces Engineering Authority.

Cabinet Spokesperson Mohamed El-Homsani stated that the meeting addressed the progress of compensation payments for residents within the project's designated area. Discussions also covered the crucial steps being taken to secure land that has already been handed over to the project developer, ensuring a smooth transition for the project's advancement.

Furthermore, the officials reviewed the implementation status of the project's various phases. Particular attention was given to the first phase, which includes the development of hotel, commercial, and entertainment facilities designed to bolster tourism in the Ras El Hekma region. The government aims to expedite these developments to capitalize on the area's potential.
