The blaze, which reportedly began with an explosion, has tragically claimed one life and injured another person, with two individuals still unaccounted for.

The explosion and subsequent fire caused falling debris, leading to the fatality of a woman in her 70s who was found in critical condition and later pronounced dead at the hospital.
