Poland publishes new regulations in Journal of Laws

The official Journal of Laws in Poland has published a series of new regulations and announcements, effective from May 20 to May 28, 2026. These legal acts cover a range of governmental and ministerial decrees impacting various sectors.

Among the published items is Regulation No. 701, issued by the Council of Ministers on May 27, 2026, which details the procedure for accessing the SRPP application. Additionally, Regulation No. 700, from the Minister of Interior and Administration dated May 22, 2026, amends existing rules concerning medical documentation within healthcare facilities established by the ministry.

Financial regulations also feature prominently. Two decrees from the Ministers of Finance and Economy, both dated May 27, 2026, address adjustments to value-added tax (VAT) rates and reductions in excise duty on certain motor fuels. Furthermore, Regulation No. 697, issued by the Council of Ministers on May 26, 2026, outlines the financial resources allocated for national and EU aid within school programs for the 2026/2027 academic year, including specific financial aid rates.

Finally, Announcement No. 696, from the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development dated May 20, 2026, consolidates the provisions regarding the remuneration and other employment-related benefits for workers in agricultural advisory services.
