Police officer accused of threatening parent outside elementary school

A parent in Chungju, South Korea, has come forward with allegations that a police officer threatened them outside an elementary school. The incident reportedly occurred on April 13th when the parent, identified as A 씨, was crossing the street with their daughter. A 씨 claims a driver from a white imported electric vehicle stopped, removed his shirt, and made aggressive threats, including "Do you want to die?" while hitting his own car. Approximately 100 parents and children witnessed the confrontation. A 씨 filed a report at a local police station the same day. Despite providing details about the car and later submitting photos of a similar vehicle, the investigation stalled. Months later, on July 25th, A 씨 encountered the same vehicle and recognized the driver as a police officer. When confronted, the officer allegedly entered the police station without apologizing. A 씨 expressed deep distress and anger, questioning where to report such an incident involving a police officer. The local police station has declined to confirm or deny the allegations.
