PORSENI Event Encourages Productivity Through Sportsmanship at PNM

PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) is fostering a stronger company culture and enhancing employee productivity through its annual Sports and Arts Week (PORSENI). This year's event, themed 'Synergy in Achievement, Building Together PNM,' aims to cultivate essential workplace qualities like collaboration, resilience, and adaptability.

The scale of the event, involving 3,012 employees from 58 branches and subsidiaries, highlights PNM's commitment to building a cohesive workforce. The games and artistic performances were held across six major cities: Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Makassar, Yogyakarta, and Bandung.

According to PNM's President Director, Kindaris, the competitions reflect the company's desired work culture. He stressed that PORSENI is not merely an annual agenda but a vital space for nurturing the values that form PNM's strength. These values include sportivity, integrity, and respect for the process, which are considered more valuable than winning alone.
