During the tournament, the stadium will revert to its FIFA-mandated name, Seattle Stadium, as commercial sponsorships are prohibited. Opened in 2002, Lumen Field has a capacity of approximately 69,000 spectators. Despite being relatively modern compared to some other World Cup venues, it has become an iconic sports landmark in Seattle. The stadium has undergone several name changes throughout its history, from Seahawks Stadium and Qwest Field to CenturyLink Field, before becoming Lumen Field in 2020.

Lumen Field serves as the home ground for the MLS team Seattle Sounders FC and the NFL's Seattle Seahawks.
