This move, presented at the 14th National Congress of Trade Unions, also includes a request to add two extra days to the National Day holiday, extending it from September 2nd to 5th. Separately, the Ministry of Finance has issued guidance offering a 70% reduction in land use fees for specific scenarios. This applies to individuals converting land from agricultural use, such as gardens and ponds attached to residential land, to residential purposes. The reduced fee, set at 30% of the standard rate, applies to the portion of land within the local residential land allocation limit. Areas exceeding this limit but not more than double the limit will pay 50% of the differential fee, while areas exceeding twice the limit will be charged the full fee.
