Prosecutor's Office Uncovers Illegal Tax Assessments Worth 91 Million Som

The office uncovered significant breaches of tax law during an audit of LLC "B," where officials misused data and made critical errors in determining inventory and value-added tax. These mistakes led to an unlawful assessment of over 91 million Kyrgyz soms against the company. In response, prosecutors intervened to protect the rights of the entrepreneur, successfully canceling the illegal tax amounts. Furthermore, four tax officials have been held accountable through administrative fines.
