Protester Avoids Arrest, Comments on First Lady's Potential Discomfort

A 30-year-old woman, dubbed 'Oldark' for her protests at a Seoul Olympic Park polling station, has avoided arrest. She was detained on charges of obstructing business after allegedly blocking officials from the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee from entering the venue.

The Seoul Eastern District Court dismissed the arrest warrant, with the presiding judge stating there was no concern of evidence destruction or flight risk. The woman was released from police custody after the warrant was denied.

When asked about her feelings following the dismissal, she responded, "Should I call it a precious opportunity that won't come again in life? I had many thoughts." She then unexpectedly mentioned First Lady Kim Keon-hee, stating, "I was the only woman in the detention center. How uncomfortable must the more precious First Lady Kim Keon-hee have been?"

The woman is known for promoting conspiracy theories about election fraud. Her comments linking her own experience to that of the First Lady have drawn attention, particularly given the context of her protest and subsequent legal proceedings.
