Leading Israeli medical organizations have strongly denounced recent allegations against Arab medical staff at the Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa, labeling the claims as "racist incitement." The Mersham organization of medical professionals issued a statement highlighting the indispensable collaboration between Jewish and Arab doctors, nurses, and staff within Israel's healthcare system.

"The Israeli health system relies daily on the joint work of doctors, nurses, and medical staff, Jews and Arabs, doctors in every person regardless of religion, nationality, or political position," Mersham stated. The organization warned that public attacks, amplified by public figures, could severely damage the entire system. Professor Hagai Levine, Chairman of the Israel Association of Public Health Physicians, echoed these concerns, calling the accusations a "dangerous blood libel" that could dismantle a vital functioning system.

Despite the hospital's findings, Defense Minister Israel Katz called for an IDF investigation into the accusations.
