Raja Muda of Perlis inspires young baseball player Nur Raisya ahead of Japan tournament

The Raja Muda of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail, has officially endorsed young baseball talent Nur Raisya Adelya Sofea Suwardi, presenting her with the Malaysian and Perlis flags. The 11-year-old will represent Malaysia at the 32nd World Children's Baseball Fair in Narita, Japan, from July 30 to August 7.

The ceremony, held at Astaka Dataran Masjid Alwi, underscored the state's and nation's support for Nur Raisya's international debut. As the patron of the Malaysian Baseball Federation, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin's gesture aims to boost her morale and confidence as she competes on a global stage. This event highlights the growing recognition of young athletes' potential in Malaysia.

The presentation of the flag by Tuanku Syed Faizuddin, who is also the Patron of the Malaysian Baseball Federation, serves as a symbol of appreciation and support for Nur Raisya, who will carry the nation's challenge on the international stage.

Nur Raisya, a student at Sekolah Kebangsaan Paya, also received a RM500 contribution from the Yayasan Tuanku Syed Putra (YTSP) Perlis. This financial aid serves as encouragement for her efforts to bring honor to her state and country. Her selection among five Malaysian representatives signifies the nation's emerging talent in youth baseball.

Her participation is seen as a testament to her hard work, discipline, and commitment.
