Rakshya Thapa and Manjil Kumar Join Cast of Nepali Film 'Kangal Crorepati'

The Nepali film industry is set to welcome new talent and established actors in the upcoming movie “Kangal Crorepati.” Actress Rakshya Thapa and actor Manjil Kumar have officially signed on for roles in the film, which will be directed by Raju Shrestha.

Rakshya Thapa, who began her acting career with the film “Bato,” has a notable filmography including her recent release “Behuli from Meghauli” and the upcoming “Masterni.” Manjil Kumar makes his cinematic debut with “Kangal Crorepati,” having previously appeared in “Koshedhunga.”

Produced under the Cinema Pathshala banner, the film's ensemble cast also includes Mukun Bhusal and actress Salina Tamang, who is making her debut in the Nepali film industry through this project. Actor Rear Rai is also listed among the cast members.

The film's narrative is penned by Ram Krishna Bajgain, with the screenplay developed by Chanas Pun Magar. Prabin Acharya serves as the presenter, and Anil Kumar Budhathoki is the producer. The production team also includes co-producers Chhiring Tamang, Prabin Rai, and Prabesh Sapkota, alongside line producers Rita Shrestha Tamang and Suraj Kumar.
