Rapper Pitbull sets world record for largest gathering of fake bald heads

Rapper Pitbull has officially entered the Guinness World Records for orchestrating the largest gathering of people sporting fake bald heads. On Friday, more than 22,000 fans replicated the artist's iconic look during his concert at London's BST Hyde Park, setting a new world record.

The 45-year-old American-Cuban artist, known for hits like "Give Me Everything" and "Timber," invited his fans to the festival. For years, followers of "Mr. Worldwide" have embraced his signature style: aviator sunglasses, a goatee and mustache, a black suit, and notably, "bald caps" – latex wigs designed to mimic a shaved head.

This viral trend, inspired by BBC radio host Greg James, led Pitbull and festival organizers to pursue the record. Guinness World Records judge Will Munford confirmed the new record, surpassing the initial target of 2,000 bald caps with an impressive 22,141 participants among 70,000 attendees.

He expressed his desire to "represent all the bald people around the world." The event utilized drones to count the latex wigs, ensuring compliance with the record's criteria, such as the wigs being properly affixed and not obscuring the face.
