Reghecampf eyed by Algerian clubs with lucrative 1.4 million euro per season offers

Romanian coach Laurențiu Reghecampf is reportedly attracting significant interest from top Algerian clubs, with CR Belouizdad and MC Alger vying for his services. Sources suggest that either club could offer him a lucrative contract, potentially reaching 1.4 million euros per season.

Reghecampf, who took charge of Al-Hilal Omdurman in August 2025, has achieved solid results and drawn attention from several prominent clubs in the region. He led the team to the Rwandan title last season, a feat accomplished while the club was temporarily based in Rwanda due to the ongoing situation in Sudan. The team has since returned to its home country and aims to compete for another trophy.

While Al-Hilal has presented Reghecampf with an improved offer of approximately one million euros per season, the proposals from Algeria appear to be more financially appealing. CR Belouizdad, a club with a rich history boasting 10 league titles and 9 cups, has shown renewed interest, significantly enhancing their initial offer. MC Alger, the reigning league champions, are also keen to secure the Romanian coach's expertise.
