Regional musicians Raiven and Macha Ravel release joint single "Tandem"

Slovenian artist Raiven and prominent regional art-pop musician Macha Ravel have joined forces for their first collaboration, a powerful new single titled "Tandem." The track merges operatic sophistication with uncompromising pop and electronic influences, creating a striking musical piece that embodies strong female energy and a unique aesthetic.

The song premiered live at this year's Zagreb Pride event, where it was met with enthusiastic audience reception. A music video accompanying the single was also filmed during the performance. The international creative team behind "Tandem" includes Diana Rubinscu, Martin Vogrin, Desislava Latinova, David Nik Lipovac, and Raiven (Sara Briški Cirman) for music composition. Macha Ravel penned the lyrics, while Martin Vogrin, Sara Briški Cirman, and David Nik Lipovac handled production. Max Kissaru is credited for the mix and master, with Matic Kutin responsible for the video's filming and editing.

Raiven described "Tandem" as a song about the liberation of being completely oneself with another person. "It speaks of accepting yourself and others, of authenticity, vulnerability, and the strength we find in honest relationships," she stated. "With Macha, we are very different, but what connects us is precisely that we both create without pretense and without the need to adapt to the expectations of others. Tandem is a meeting of two female energies, two voices, and two worldviews that do not exclude each other, but complement each other."

Macha Ravel brings her distinctive artistic signature to the collaboration. Known for blending multicultural identity with contemporary trends, she released viral TikTok hit "Lutkica" in 2025, accumulating millions of streams. Her live performance strength was demonstrated through a regional tour culminating in a major solo concert in Zagreb. She has also performed at festivals like Sea Star and Vashar. The synergy between Raiven and Macha Ravel in "Tandem" has already captivated audiences since its premiere.
