REM Council holds constitutive session to elect leadership

The Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM) Council has convened for its constitutive session, commencing at 11 a.m. The primary agenda item is the election of the Council's president and vice-president. This session is made possible by the return of four independent members to the body.

Retired Professor Rade Veljanovski from the Faculty of Political Sciences commented on the Council's impending challenges. He anticipates that the REM Council will confront a backlog of accumulated obligations. Veljanovski also noted that the current balance of power within the Council might make it difficult to finalize certain decisions.
