He asserts that the victim's features were obscured, preventing identification and prompting him to defend himself and his partner.

The suspect's legal team emphasized that there is no evidence suggesting the victim was attacked outside the residence. The judicial council's decision to detain him came after a roughly one-hour hearing, during which he appeared in person. He has been deemed a suspect for committing the same or a similar offense.
