Rise residential building launched in strategic Ciudad del Este area

Green Paraná has officially launched its new residential development, Rise, in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. The 22-level building is designed to meet the evolving housing demands of a strategic area undergoing significant urban transformation.

Located on Avenida Rafael Barrett, near Route PY02, Rise aims to blend contemporary design with comfort and community-focused living. The project signifies a new phase for Green Paraná's development in the Ciudad Nueva neighborhood, which has become a major growth hub in the Alto Paraná capital.

Sofía Domaniczky, Marketing Director for Grupo Green Paraná, noted that the groundbreaking marks the realization of the Rise building. She highlighted that the area's development presented an investment opportunity to align with the city's growth. "This area is no longer a periphery; it has become a space where people choose to stay," she stated.

The building's design draws inspiration from European contemporary architecture, featuring vertical sunshades for natural light and a distinct identity. It prioritizes open spaces and bright interiors for daily well-being. A key feature is the dedicated floor for common amenities, in addition to ground-floor services, enhancing resident convenience. The pool, situated on the tenth level, offers deck space and panoramic views.
