Romania Lottery Draws Set for May 28 With Over 5 Million Euro Jackpot

Romania's national lottery, Loteria Română, is set to conduct new drawings on Thursday, May 28, for a range of popular games. These include Loto 6/49, Noroc, Joker, Noroc Plus, Loto 5/40, and Super Noroc.

The upcoming draws feature substantial jackpots. The Loto 6/49 game boasts a top prize rollover exceeding 26.76 million lei, which is equivalent to over 5.09 million euros. The Noroc game also presents a significant rollover, with a cumulative jackpot of more than 6.97 million lei, or over 1.32 million euros.

Further opportunities for large winnings are available in other games. The Joker draw has a first-category rollover of over 2.27 million lei (more than 433,600 euros). Additionally, Noroc Plus offers a jackpot of over 160,800 lei (more than 30,600 euros), and Loto 5/40 has a rollover exceeding 666,400 lei (over 126,900 euros). Super Noroc also has a cumulative jackpot of over 240,800 lei (more than 45,800 euros).

These substantial rollovers follow a successful drawing on Sunday, May 24, which saw Loteria Română issue over 30,080 prizes totaling more than 2.52 million lei. One notable win from the previous draw was a prize of 103,892.88 lei in the Noroc game, with the winning ticket purchased in Deva.
