Marcel Ciolacu, the current president of the Buzău County Council and former Prime Minister of Romania, commented on the event, describing the Air Force's intervention as "prompt and fully justified." He emphasized that the action occurred in a sparsely populated zone, ensuring the drone's neutralization posed no risk to the public. "The most important thing is that there were no casualties or damage, and citizens' safety was not endangered," Ciolacu stated on his Facebook page.
