Brazilian football icon Ronaldinho, once the world's best player, is making a comeback to the sport at the age of 46. He was officially presented as the new signing for Italian third-division club Ravenna in a vibrant beach event attended by thousands of enthusiastic fans.

Announced in June, Ronaldinho's return to professional football after a decade-long hiatus has generated significant excitement. The presentation ceremony in Marina di Ravenna was designed as a large beach party, drawing an immense crowd eager to welcome the legendary Brazilian playmaker.

He also mentioned his continued support for Milan and admiration for Luka Modrić, even suggesting a friendly match between Ravenna and Milan.

The former World Cup winner in 2002 and South American champion in 1999 had a storied career with clubs like Grêmio, PSG, Barcelona, and Milan, concluding his professional career at Fluminense in 2015. He later played futsal in India before retiring from that format in 2018. Reports suggest Ronaldinho is expected to play at least one official match for Ravenna and will also be involved in the club's business projects.
