Ruentai Secures 5.9 Billion Yuan in Orders, Ensuring Stable Operations

Ruentai Interior Decoration Design Engineering (6881) is experiencing strong order momentum heading into 2026, having secured 28 new projects to date this year, totaling approximately 2.1 billion yuan in new contracts. The company's current order backlog has reached 5.9 billion yuan, with 2.3 billion yuan of this amount not yet recognized in revenue. This substantial project pipeline provides a solid foundation for the company's future revenue streams.

Financially, Ruentai reported stable revenue for the first half of the year, amounting to 1.18 billion yuan, consistent with the previous year. The company benefited from efficient project execution and optimized cost controls, leading to an improved gross profit margin from 19% to 21%. This resulted in operating profit of 176 million yuan and earnings per share of 9.51 yuan, an increase from 8.51 yuan in the same period last year, demonstrating a steady profit performance.

Looking ahead, Ruentai is optimistic about the demand for corporate headquarters and high-specification factory renovations driven by the expansion of the AI and semiconductor industries. The company plans to leverage its integrated design and engineering expertise to actively pursue large-scale projects in areas such as transportation infrastructure development, commercial centers, office buildings, and high-end residential facilities. Ruentai is also investing in smart and multi-functional space design and construction to strengthen its market competitiveness and expand its business scope.
