'Run, Ice Flower' Cast Reunites 37 Years Later; Director Still Calls Actress 'Younger Sister'

The classic movie, recently restored and re-released, held a "37th Anniversary Grand Reunion Special Screening" at the Ximending Ambassador Theatre.

Director Chen Kun-hou attended the event and shared a touching anecdote, revealing that he still affectionately refers to actress Li Shu-chen, who played a key role in the film, as "妹妹" (mèi mei), meaning "younger sister."
