Russia arrests German woman over alleged Ukrainian bomb plot

The FSB alleges this German woman, born in 1969, was recruited by an individual from a Central Asian nation to carry out a bombing against a law enforcement facility in the Stavropol region, acting on orders from Kyiv.

According to the FSB statement, the plot aimed to detonate the device remotely, with the explosive charge equivalent to 1.5 kilograms of TNT. The agency claims the attack was thwarted by electronic jamming, preventing a potential terrorist act orchestrated by the "Kyiv regime." A second suspect, a man from an unspecified Central Asian country born in 1997 and described as a "supporter of radical ideology," was also arrested near the targeted site. Both individuals now face potential life sentences on terrorism charges.
