Russia warns US missile deployment in Norway could reset nuclear talks to zero

Russia has warned that the deployment of US ground-based intermediate-range missiles in Norway threatens nuclear talks with Washington.

In a statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said such missiles in Europe would undermine the possibility of meaningful discussions on strategic issues. It said the move would “reset to zero” the conditions for constructive dialogue.
