Russian Raids Hit Kyiv, Other Ukrainian Cities, Killing at Least 4

Russia launched a series of overnight and morning attacks targeting various Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv and Kharkiv, resulting in civilian casualties. The strikes occurred while NATO ministers are meeting in Ankara, Turkey, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also present.

In the capital, Kyiv, ballistic missiles struck the city, causing the death of a woman who was later found under the rubble of a damaged building. Meanwhile, in Kharkiv, a five-story residential building was hit by a missile attack, leaving at least two people dead.

The southern city of Kherson also experienced Russian drone attacks. Reports indicate that Russian drones struck a car and a minibus twice, killing one woman and injuring nine others. Ukrainian media outlets reported on these incidents.

The attacks underscore the ongoing conflict and its impact on civilian populations, even as international diplomatic efforts, such as the NATO meeting, continue.
