Søren Rodian Olsen joins Newmark Polska to lead new Capital Markets division

Søren Rodian Olsen has joined Newmark Polska to lead the company’s new Capital Markets division, taking responsibility for real estate strategies, transactions and related advisory services.

His many years of experience in complex investment transactions, excellent knowledge of the market and relationships with domestic and international investors will allow us to support clients even better in making strategic investment decisions in a rapidly changing economic environment.

Olsen previously served as a director and board member at Urban Partners in Poland. In 2021, he established the company’s first Warsaw office and oversaw the development of its Logicenters warehouse platform in the Polish market. His work included the acquisition of 7R, described as one of the largest transactions in the market.

He began his career in Poland’s financial sector, holding senior management positions at Bank Austria Creditanstalt and Commerzbank. He later worked with Frankfurt-based real estate fund and asset manager Aberdeen Immobilien, as well as consultancy Cushman & Wakefield.
