Sampyo Group launches AI award system to discover on-site application ideas

Sampyo Group is taking a bold step into the future by launching its "in-house artificial intelligence (AI) award system." This initiative, dubbed the "Sampyo Group AI Grand Competition," aims to foster a culture of innovation and empower our employees to become leaders in digital transformation (AX) by leveraging AI to solve real-world problems on-site.

We believe that the most impactful innovations often come from those closest to the challenges. That's why this competition is designed to maximize employee autonomy. It features two distinct tracks: the 'Group AI Task Utilization Track,' which focuses on implementing practical solutions for 107 pre-defined tasks in key areas like production, logistics, and safety, and the 'AI Innovation Idea Proposal Track,' encouraging employees to propose entirely new AI applications and business growth strategies.

This system, under the slogan 'My idea becomes the group's innovation,' provides a platform for employees to try using AI without fear of failure.

This isn't just about adopting new technology; it's about cultivating a mindset where 'my idea becomes the group's innovation.' We are offering significant incentives, including a top prize of 5 million KRW and a trip to the World AI Tech Expo, to recognize and reward the ingenuity of our employees.
