Samsung C&T Ranks First in Construction Performance for 13th Consecutive Year

Samsung C&T has once again been recognized as the leading construction company in South Korea, maintaining its number one position in the annual performance evaluation for the 13th year running. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced the results for 2026, highlighting Samsung C&T's dominant standing in the sector. According to the ministry's assessment, Samsung C&T recorded a construction capability evaluation value of 34.8785 trillion won in the civil engineering and building construction category. This consistent performance underscores the company's sustained strength and market leadership over more than a decade. Following Samsung C&T, Hyundai Engineering & Construction secured the second position with an evaluation value of 18.2714 trillion won. GS Engineering & Construction ranked third. These rankings reflect the overall performance and capabilities of the major players in South Korea's competitive construction industry.
