Saudi Arabia named guest of honor at 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade

Saudi Arabia will take center stage as guest of honor at the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade, known as CIFIT, in Xiamen from September 8 to 11.

The appearance forms part of an official Saudi delegation’s visit to China, aimed at strengthening investment ties between the two countries. Representatives from the public and private sectors, along with the wider investment community, are expected to take part.

The Saudi pavilion will bring together a broad group of government and private-sector entities. Participants listed for the pavilion include the Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority.

The General Authority of Foreign Trade, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Saudi Center for Economic Competitiveness and Business, the Cultural Development Fund and the Tourism Development Fund will also participate, reflecting the expanding scope of Saudi-Chinese economic and investment cooperation.
