Scheduled Power Outages in Bishkek and Kyrgyzstan Regions on July 30

Residents in Bishkek and several regions across Kyrgyzstan are advised of scheduled power outages on Thursday, July 30, 2026. The disruptions are necessary for planned maintenance by the electricity network enterprises.

In Bishkek, power supply interruptions will affect various streets and microdistricts throughout the day. For instance, Gogol Street, Moskovskaya Street (houses 1, 3, 14, 54), and Suyunbaeva Street will experience outages from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The "Tunguch" microdistrict (house 63) is scheduled for a longer outage from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Other areas like "Archa-Beshik," "Kalys-Ordo," and the villages of Kara-Zhygach and Bir-Bulak will also face intermittent power supply at different times, with some lasting until 7:00 PM.

The Chuy Oblast will also see significant power interruptions. In the Zhayylsky district, Kara-Balta city will have outages affecting the "Sportivny" block and a kindergarten from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The village of Suusamyr faces an extended outage from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Keminsky district will experience disruptions in Kaindy village (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM) and Chim-Korgon and Zhol-Bulak villages (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Other districts like Kant, Moscow, and Panfilov will also have scheduled maintenance affecting various settlements and streets throughout the day.
