Scheduled Power Outages in Bishkek and Regions on April 27

Residents of Bishkek and several districts across Kyrgyzstan are advised of planned power outages on April 27, 2026. These temporary disruptions are necessary as our electricity network enterprises undertake essential maintenance and repair work to ensure the continued reliability of our power supply.

In Bishkek, several areas will experience power interruptions throughout the day, with specific timings ranging from morning to late afternoon. These include locations in the Geologitchesky lane, the 4th micro-district, and various residential areas and streets such as 'Archa Beshik,' 'Kirgiziya,' and 'Ak-Tilek.' The planned outages will also affect parts of the Lower Ala-Archa village and Lebedinovka.

Similarly, the Chuy region will see power supply interruptions. The Zhaiylsky district's RES will be working in the city of Kara-Balta and the villages of Kyzyl-Diykan, Zhon-Aryk, and Kyzyl-Oy. The Keminsky district's RES will conduct work in the cities of Orlovka and Kayyndy. The Kant and Moskovsky districts' RES will also carry out maintenance in their respective villages, including Milyanfan, Kirghelk, Murake, Syydaly, Keper-Aryk, and Aleksandrovka.
