Scheduled power outages in Bishkek and regions on May 29

Residents of Bishkek and several regions across Kyrgyzstan should prepare for power supply interruptions on May 29, 2026. The planned outages are attributed to necessary maintenance work by the local electricity network enterprises.

In Bishkek, several microdistricts and specific streets will experience disruptions throughout the day. For instance, "Tunguch" microdistrict will have power cuts from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM in some areas and later in others, extending until 6:00 PM. Other affected areas include "Vostok-5," "Jal-29," and various streets in the "Ak-Ordo" residential area, as well as villages like Kok-Jar and Lebedinovka.

The Chuy region will also see scheduled power cuts. In the Zhayyl district, areas like Kara-Balta and the village of Don-Aryk will be affected. The Keminsky district will experience outages in the villages of Almaly and Tar-Suu. Other districts, including Kant, Moskovsky, Panfilovsky, and Sokuluksky, have also announced specific times and streets where electricity will be temporarily unavailable. The detailed schedule aims to inform residents about the duration and location of these planned interruptions.
