Search for 84-year-old woman with Alzheimer's underway in Asunción

An urgent search is underway for an 84-year-old woman with Alzheimer's who disappeared on Saturday morning, June 20, 2026, in Asunción, Paraguay. Ángela Matilde Sosa viuda de Rolón was last seen at approximately 8:40 AM in the Palomar neighborhood.

Her family has formally reported her disappearance to the National Police and is appealing to the public for assistance in finding her quickly. The last known sighting placed her on Amancio González Avenue, between Fernando de la Mora Avenue and Sajonia Street.
