'Sejong Umirin Center Park' to begin special applications on the 10th

Umi Construction is set to launch 'Sejong Umirin Center Park,' a new residential complex in Sejong City. Applications for the 676-unit development, ranging from 45 to 84 square meters, will begin with special applications on August 10, followed by general applications on August 11 and 12. The winners will be announced on August 19, with contract signings scheduled from August 31 to September 3.

The complex will feature 12 buildings, reaching up to 20 stories high. It is situated in the 5-2 life zone, an area designed for a mix of public facilities including schools, parks, and government offices. Nearby, a primary and middle school, kindergarten, and a community center are planned. A large cultural park, approximately 37,000 square meters, is also part of the development.

Transportation is a key feature, with a nearby BRT station providing access to government offices and other areas within Sejong City. The development also offers convenient access to wider transportation networks, including Osong Station (KTX/SRT), Namcheongju IC, and the outer ring road. The planned Chungcheong Major Express Railway (CTX), connecting Daejeon, Sejong, and Cheongju, is also expected to enhance connectivity.

Further development in the vicinity includes a healthcare town with a 50,000-square-meter medical facility and the Sejong Smart National Industrial Complex, slated for completion by 2031. The complex prioritizes pedestrian convenience by eliminating ground-level parking. Community amenities will include a fitness club, indoor and screen golf facilities, a library, separate reading rooms for men and women, and a guesthouse. The model house is set to open on August 7.
