Sen. Bernie Moreno says former son-in-law Max Miller should not serve in the House

Emily Moreno has accused Miller of scalding, hitting, and threatening her during their marriage. Miller also denied involvement in a broken collarbone sustained by their 2-year-old daughter, an incident that led Emily Moreno to contact authorities. The couple divorced last year. Despite the escalating accusations and scrutiny, Miller announced he will remain in the race for re-election, with a Wednesday deadline to withdraw.
