"Senukai" Plans to Hire 100 Highly Qualified Specialists, Invest 6 Million Euros

Lithuanian retail giant "Senukai" is launching an ambitious program to attract 100 highly qualified specialists from abroad, accompanied by a 6 million euro investment. The initiative aims not only to recruit global talent but also to stimulate broader cooperation among businesses, universities, and state institutions, as well as Lithuanian communities overseas.

Eglė Rakauskienė, "Senukai's" Director of Strategic Analysis and Business Transformation, emphasized the competitive landscape for talent. "Lithuania today competes not only for investments or technologies – we compete first and foremost for people," she stated. "Every year, our brightest students go to the best universities in the world and work for international organizations, gaining experience crucial for a modern economy. Our goal is to show that a world-class career can be built in Lithuania."

The program is designed for Lithuanians currently studying or working abroad who are considering continuing their careers in Lithuania. It welcomes specialists with bachelor's or master's degrees from various fields, particularly those with competencies in artificial intelligence, data analytics, technology, e-commerce, supply chain management, business transformation, product development, and finance.

Key selection criteria include high professional potential, international experience, leadership abilities, and a strong motivation to contribute their knowledge to Lithuania's future. "Senukai" will prioritize candidates who demonstrate potential for creating change and a desire to apply their international experience to building Lithuania's future. Selected participants will receive competitive salaries, a one-year professional growth program, personalized mentorship from leaders, and opportunities to work on strategic projects across the Baltic region.
