Serbian worker shares her sixth season in Croatia: 'What did I need all this for?'

Bojana Topalović, a Serbian national, is spending her sixth summer working seasonally in Croatia. She recently shared her experiences on Instagram, reflecting on the demanding nature of the work.

For those six seasons, I worked as a waitress, shift leader, assistant manager, and this year as a manager in a restaurant.

Last year, Bojana worked in Mali Lošinj and expressed surprise at her fifth season in Croatia, noting her love for the Croatian coast. She mentioned that while social media might show only the beach, the reality involves long hours and double shifts, often leaving little time for leisure. However, she cherishes the days she can visit the beach, appreciating that she is there all summer while others pay to visit.
