Serums 2026-II: Official link to check Peru’s list of eligible and observed applicants

Peru’s Ministry of Health has published the list of applicants declared eligible or observed in the 2026-II process for placements in the Rural and Urban Marginal Health Service, known as Serums.

The list, released by the ministry’s General Directorate of Health Personnel, reflects the review and validation of applications submitted between Aug. 19 and Aug. 25. Applicants marked as observed can check the reason in the same listing and correct the required documentation within the deadline.

The correction period runs from 8 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, to 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4. Applicants must use the Serums Digital application and the password they registered during enrollment. They can make the change in the “Professional Data” section, replacing or attaching the document in question. The system allows the correction only once, so the ministry advised applicants to ensure files are complete, legible and match the requested requirement.

Possible reasons for an observation include problems with professional registration, missing seals or signatures on university documents, an absent internship or professional-practice grade, and documents that are illegible, cropped or incomplete. Foreign university certificates must also carry the required Hague Apostille or other legalizations.

After the deadline, officials will review the applications again. Applicants who correct the problem will be declared eligible, while those who do not will receive an ineligible status under the Serums 2026-II placement rules.
