Sharjah to divert traffic between Industrial Areas 12 and 13 from June 30 to Aug. 30

Sharjah's Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) has announced a temporary traffic diversion affecting the routes between Industrial Area 12 and Industrial Area 13. This measure is part of ongoing road maintenance and infrastructure development projects aimed at enhancing the emirate's road network.

The diversion will be in effect for two months, starting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, and concluding on Sunday, August 30, 2026. The SRTA stated that the work is intended to improve traffic flow and increase the overall efficiency of the road system within these industrial zones.

Road users are advised to adhere to the approved alternative routes, which will be clearly marked. The SRTA emphasized the importance of following traffic signs and safety instructions to ensure the well-being of all individuals and to maintain the smooth movement of vehicles during the construction period.
